  Just bought a new bike from these guys. the whole process was painless from start to finish. I enquired about a bike online and they called me back shortly after saying come in whenever for a test ride. On the weekend when i turned up they got some details, gave me directions on a recommended route which included town and highway but then handed me the keys and said see you in half an hour or so. I put the deposit down that day but when my bank jerked me around for weeks over the finance, Adam and the guys were patient throughout, i never once felt pressured by them despite the fact my finance took way longer than the 30 days they said they could hold the bike for. I finally got the money through and picked up my bike. again painless and mere hours from bank transfer to riding away.
