  Was going to initially give 5 stars because of the amazing customer service I received initially, however that changed when they wanted me to pay for a second tyre because one of their boys had accidentally fitted a tyre to a bent alloy(which should normally be inspected before a tyre is fitted) that damaged the tyre, meaning that another tyre was needed. Initially the Owner agreed to a replacement, however when I left with my car one the receptionists rung me up and rudely accused me of not paying. I then quickly shoot a call to the owner thinking it was a simple misunderstanding and it would be sorted quickly, however his tone quickly changed saying that I should be responsible for both of the tyres, even though it clearly wasn't my fault as the tyre was slowly deflating right off the hoist. The owner did end up agreeing to me paying for just the first tyre, but ultimately they should have rectified the problem free of charge without trying to get a customer to pay for a problem that's clearly on their end.
